And yea, glad they finally made Miz look respectable against Cena. Although he still tapped out like a little bitch 3 seconds into the STF.
nothing wrong with taping out in 3 sec.

Let's be honest - in a real fight between Miz and Cena - Miz would tap out in three seconds.

Looks like another FCW call up is on they way. fingers crossed for Low-ki.

makes Smackdowns GM look worse then Matt Millen but to each there own.

Regal should hold that title in no Time and Deamer should be the ECW GM

Because of Cena's vast knowledge of submissions?

Any good joint lock or crank should make a person tap out quickly, guys can usually only fight off a choke hold

Who do you guys think has the better Gogoplata? Nick Diaz or the Undertaker, Diaz has more flexibility, but the Undertaker is much stronger and has won more fights with his version, I still cant decide

Undertaker made Big Daddy V cough up blood he wins.

The announcers come off ignorant and uneducated, guess thats why i always liked Joey Styles.

Lawler and Cole are horrible, awful and take the show down the crapper. It's amazing how a horrible announce team can ruin what would be a fine show.

Lawler should be let go, he serves no purpose on the mic anymore. His phoniness exudes from his mouth.

Perhaps just a nitpick but it looks so stupid when they're on camera and Cole is in a suit while Lawler gets to wear his own t-shirts. WTF? Either have both in nice attire or have Lawler in his gimmick (king tights) or let both dress down.

For NFL games, you don't see Dick Enberg in a suit while Phil Simms is wearing a workout shirt.

Here some some fun facts for you guys if you didnt already know

The Gogo Plata was created by BJJ Black Belt Nino Schembri, in the orignal version you would reach over there head and grab your foot, harder to pull off in a MMA fight because of the sweat and not wearing a gi, but this was the orignal verison where you transition from the oma plata position

                            <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/euvmgolWBxw&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/euvmgolWBxw&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

The first 1 ever pulled off in MMA competiton was by Shinya Aoki vs Hellboy Hansen, since than Aoki was also the first to pull off the mounted gogo plata

                            <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/9PD1cdZ4OHs&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/9PD1cdZ4OHs&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Nick Diaz was the first in America to lock on the gogo plata in Pride against Gomi, first it was thought you needed great flexibility to pull off this hold, but since than heavyweight fighters Brad Imes and the Undertaker have pulled it off showing the effectiveness of the move even in the bigger weight classes

When Taker used it to finish matches, it came from necessity since he couldn't pick up guys like The Great Khali and Big Daddy V for a Chokeslam or the Tombstone Piledriver...

That being said, in the context of Pro Wrestling, the Deadman co-opting an MMA move which could theoretically put out ANYONE (aside from Dean Malenko and Chris Jericho... both masters of a thousand to a thousand and four holds a piece) is much more impressive to me.

...and at least he didn't gank the move from another pro like before when he used the Dragon Sleeper or like now when CM Punk used to finish matches with the Anaconda Vice.
