Hazard can play all across the midfield, so they should be fine. Will be interesting to see what they do with De Bruyne.

Jesus fuck me, what a attacking lineup if Torres remembers how to score. Not to mention that Hazard and Mata can switch on the fly.

Excellent point. He will be a very good player. If they don bring in one more player, I can definitely see that kid going on loan.

Saw Hazard to Chelsea when I was @ work today. I can say that I assumed it wouldn't be City since I read that he was focused on PT as a major factor in his decision.

Also read that Silva is continually deflecting rumors about a move to Real Madrid, but, further searches on the net don't bear much of anything with substance.

He said it was about PT, but it came down to dollars. And since City are trying to reduce their wage bill anyway they can, they didnt go too hard for him and what he is asking.

And if not this year then it'll be next year. Nobody says no to Madrid. Especially a Spaniard.

If the rumors about Hazard's wage demands are close to accurate, he would be one of the top paid players at most clubs. Not quite on the level of Ronaldo, Messi, Rooney, or Eto'o... but not far behind.

Which is even more astounding considering the kid is still only 21. Had United got him I would have prayed to the gods he not be a bust since he is still unproven and young. Since Chels got him, now I can say i have no worries about bust or not.

                  From Kicker, very roughly translated.....
ManUnited pays 15 million euro Sayonara! The change of Shinji Kagawa (23) into the Prime Minister League is so well perfect. Only the signatures are missing still. [...] As oozed at the Pfingsmontag from the surrounding field of the English vice-master, the clubs involved essentially agreed. Of Dortmund director of sport Michael Zorc (49), which announces to particulars of this kind in principle only execution, even if the signatures took place, did not want this opposite the kicker however yet to confirm.

He says: " The transfer is not abgeschlossen." yet; Respectable sources in England call already firm basic data. The BVB receives one replaces from converted approximately 15 million euros. This base can increase by supplementary agreements still by a seven-place amount.

Manchester United have made initial enquiries about the availability of Manchester City's 24-year-old winger Adam Johnson.
Manchester City could be about to flex their financial muscle by making a bid for Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder, 27.
Manchester United and Manchester City both have their eye on Papiss Cisse, who scored 13 times in 14 games after joining Newcastle in January.

I read on foxsoccer.com that City is also interested in Sessegnon (Sunderland) and may move Adam Johnson + money for him. They said it is less than 50/50, but, it is still out there.

I don't think Sessegnon has enough quality for City. He's talented, and showed it about PSG and Sunderland. But he is terribly inconsistent and misses a boat load of chances

Agent offers Dzeko to Bayern Munich

The agent of Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko has offered his client's services to Bayern Munich, Goal.com has learned.

The 26-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at City, which is eager to trim its wage bill. Dzeko is dissatisfied with his role at the club and agent Irfan Redzepagic has informed Bayern of his client's interest in moving. The Bosnian forward is highly-rated by Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, would be happy to move to the Allianz Arena.

Dzeko joined City in the winter of 2011 for a fee of 37 million euros, penning a contract through to 2015. He scored 19 goals in 40 appearances last season, but now Sergio Aguero, Mario Balotelli and Carlos Tevez are rated higher by coach Roberto Mancini, leaving no room for the Bosnia and Herzegovina international.

Reports on Tuesday evening claimed that Bayern and Dzeko had agreed to personal terms on a deal to take the player to the Allianz Arena. However, the striker's agent vehemently denied these allegations.

"Of course not! It's crazy even to comment on that," Redzepagic told Bosnian sourceSportSport.

Dzeko is one of several candidates that Bayern has watched as it aims to sign two more attackers before the summer transfer window closes. Olivier Giroud was observed several times before Bayern opted not to pursue his signing. However, Twente striker Luuk de Jong is now a candidate.

Goal.com can confirm that the Bayern bosses have made contact with De Jong's agent, and that the player is enthusiastic about the opportunity to play in the Champions League alongside his compatriot, Arjen Robben. However, a deal for the 21-year-old is still far from being complete.

De Jong scored 32 times in all competitions last season, and has a contract that will expire in 2014.

Bayern has already signed a striker in the form of Claudio Pizarro, who will replace Wolfsburg-bound attacker Ivica Olic. However, with Nils Petersen likely to leave on loan, squad space has opened for the Bavarians to add another striker to their ranks - for now, their top choice remains a mystery.

I like Dzeko alot. He is one of the few strikers on this team that can go up and do something with a corner.
