Sasuke rubbed people the wrong way, too. Supposedly had a real "superstar" attitude which as you know will kill you in that locker room. He had heat in ECW also from when the Michinoku Pro guys did a few shows a few months before. I don't remember the particulars, but he's a real shady businessman and a real cock to deal with.
