March 5th release date for PS3 Premium is confirmed.

Achievements/Trohpies:

  • It’s no Sidecar - Get a kill from the passenger position on a motorcycle.
  • Heavy Lifter - Kill an enemy after successfully paradropping an IFV.
  • Capture the Flag - Capture 1 flag while playing Capture the Flag.
  • Transport Pilot - Transport a flag carrier in an air vehicle while playing Capture the Flag.
  • AA’s Revenge - Destroy an air vehicle using the AA jeeps.

Assignments:

  • Defender of the Earth - Destroy 5 air vehicles using the AA jeeps (Fly Swatter dog tag)

I was spanking hams with my Stinger against a Havoc chopper that kept harassing us on Kharg Island when my shit froze too.

I assume I was kicked/hard booted because Pad and Pep were still on the same map, still playing by the time I rebooted the system.

Even got Top Engineer according to Battlelog :(

ESPECIALLY after you just captured the entire set of flags on Conquest. :tables:

yeah tell me about it, what a fucking bitch move. I guess the admin was pissed his team wasnt winning so he used us to do all the work for them where we were up 200+ tickets.
 
After tonight, I will no longer shit on Pad's gun of choice, the M5K.

Even with a 20 bullet clip, that shit eats people alive...

After playing with Twigg and Josh most of the night (with Pep later on and even Trm making a special guest appearance at one point :dance2: ), it came down to Pep and myself.

Last match of the night was Conquest on good ol' Operation Metro AKA THE MEAT GRINDER REDUX and we ended up as the U.S. side.

Pep was reviving people like fucking crazy while I was setting up spawn points and spotting people with my MAV on occasion...

Dunno what Pep was using but I got acquainted with the M5K for about 30-45 minutes on this 500% ticket server as our team proceeded to hold down Bravo and Charlie like the fucking champions we were.

No spawn camping to my knowledge and the worst of it came from the locker room on the right edge of 'B' as whole squads from either side went in there to die/revive/die yet again.

Before that, I was running Javelins to no avail against the other team's Attack Choppers most of the night (can't beat Unlimited Chaff apparently... wish that shit was either limited or took longer to reload because I can only disable shit now and then people bail like pussies).

When that wasn't going down, it was mostly coordinating defenses against tanks or chipping away at opposing infantry dudes.

Fun night thanks to the aforementioned Pep, Josh, Trm and Twigg.

It's better than getting banned and then having the Admin proclaim that next week is Repair Tools only.

 
I love servers that say "No IGLA/Stingers or blah blah blah ". Seriously? Lets make it impossible to shoot down your precious jets.


Even though I quit playing as an engineer the first thing I do is pick engy, stinger, aim at all aircraft. Doesn't take long to get kicked.

Probably going to get this again for the last map pack, too bad I don't have a PS3 anymore though.

You guys getting BF4 on the PS4 or sticking with PS3?
 
BF4 on PS4 all day. THey really should have made BF4 for PS4 ONLY though.

And Jay that's also my gun of choice. I have like 2000 kills with it. Seriously a great little weapon.
