Hey what's up bruddah' ?!?!?!?.. alright so here's the deal.. like you, i'm out West way (PDX, yeah, just down I-5 baby).. anyways, I just got in from grab'n the game and am in the middle of some serious lab work to get caught up to speed, but i'm sure in an hour or so of foolin' around i'll wanna run a lil' to test things out.. but I promised my boy Helo' that he'd be 1st up for a full on game.. so why don't you and I run a lil' 2 qtr. scrimmage, you know, til' halftime.. this way it won't count towards tracker and we'll both get some practice time in before it counts.. If that sounds good to you then i'll create a room called "scrimmage" and we could meet there at 2:30AM (BTW, normally the time i'd be headin' off to work, but like every year, no matter the day, gotta take the next day off just for Madden.. LoL).. so hopefully we can scrimmage this up and learn a little.. get back to me if your down.. check ya soon.

Turnover plagued Falcons fall to the Seahawks

The Seahawks defense hauled in 4 interceptions to lock down the first win of Bomberooski's 2009/2010 campaign. Aaron Curry, Marcus Trufant, Lofa Tatupu, and Kelly Jennings all had an interception a piece and Trufant took his to the house for 6.
Offensively Matt Hasselbeck was error free going 13-20 for 213 yards and 1 TD with no interceptions. The single td pass was to Justin Forsett who broke out to the right flats where a blitzing linebacker had was caught off guard. Forsett took it to the house for a 60 yard TD.

Good start to the season with a 13 point win.

Seahawks Defense Score Twice in 2nd Win

The Seahawks improve to 2-0 after an impressive offensive and defensive performance at Arizona. Player of the Game Brian Russell took a fumble to the house while Ken Lucas scored off an interception as the Seahawks defense had Kurt Warner on his heels all game long.
Meanwhile the Seahawks offense saw catches from 6 different receivers but none being as big as the 2 TD's caught by TE John Carlson. Carlson amassed 155 yards to go along with the touchdowns. Matt Hasselbeck once again did not have a turnover which proved to be the difference maker in this blowout.

'Hawks Snap Back to Reality

TomatoKetchup brought some major adjustments to game 2 of this divisional rivalry mixing in a solid running game by Beanie Wells and an air attack that was top notch as the Cardinals trounced the Seahawks.
Matt Hasselbeck's streak of games without an interception came to a close as Arizona's defense forced 4 interceptions. Deion Branch was the shining star for the Seahawks with 103 yards receiving on the day but no touchdowns.
The Seahawks fell behind early 14-0 and were never really able to cut into the lead as TomatoKetchup kept his foot on Bomberooski's throat.

Hasselbeck Struggles but 'Hawks D Bails Him Out.

It was an interesting outing for Matt Hasselbeck. A roller coaster of highs and lows. Hasselbeck led the Seahawks offense deep downfield on numerous occassions racking up 240 yards passing on 15-23 passes. But 3 interceptions put a damper on his day including one to Chris Houston who took it 98 yards the other way for the Falcons only touchdown of the day. After the 2nd interception for the Seahawks the run game was called on to help out. Julius Jones got the majority of the carries with 11 attempts for 42 yards but the highlight on the ground for the Seahawks was an 18 yard touchdown run for Justin Forsett who bounced one to the outside and cut in and out of a few defenders on his way into the endzone.
The Seahawks defense bounced back to normal form after their last game limiting the Falcons to only 76 yards of total offense. Matt Ryan ended the day going 7-16 for 53 yards and threw 3 interceptions including a back breaker to Josh Wilson that he took 52 yards for a touchdown as time expired in the first half giving the Seahawks a 20-7 lead. Michael Turner was a non-factor getting the ball only 7 times for only 16 yards.
