Delonte will get his day in court and tried like any other US Citizen. Let the court system handle that, it's their realm. Not David Stern's. I'd rather have Stern not get involved in player conduct off the court, leave that to the teams and their owners.

The initial reporting of the story which at this point seems like it is false, for the mere sake of having a story would be fame whorish.

I'd agree if it were a reporter like Ed Werder who has a history of stirring up controversy...but I've seen Rondo do things both on the court (shoving Kirk Hinrich, him and Kobe last season) and there's been a ton of similar stories about his GM, coaches and teammates not liking his behavior in the past.

Ray Allen denying the story is a nonfactor, any good teammate would deny that it happened.

Paul is clearly a better PG than Rondo and probably better than every other PG in the league . Rondo has the potential to be in the top 2-3 imo

I'm just amazed that people actually think Rondo is on Paul's level as a PG. Paul would have been better off just busting Rondo up on the court and leaving it at that, because Rondo certainly isn't a rival to Paul.

I type up a multi paragraph argument. You respond with it being pointless to argue with me. You're not even debating anything with me. You're whole logic in this thread has been based on things that were said years in the past, or things that weren't said at all.

It's baffling to me why anyone would take Ray Allen's words at face value in this situation. My logic is that teammates aren't going to throw each other under the bus publicly, and those past comments make up a pattern of people having issues with his behavior (which gives the story of Allen apologizing for Rondo more credibility). It'd be different in we knew the reporter was someone who constantly makes things up, or if it were a player that has a clean history.

You guys keep screaming that Allen said it didn't happen, when realistically his only two options were to say no comment or downplay the situation. Everyone involved in the whole Rondo-Paul situation tried to downplay it even though something clearly happened.

And this individual Allen locker room apologizing isn't even the main point. The original point was that Rondo isn't just some quiet innocent player.

Did you watch the game. Byron pretty much quit on the team. He gave the Nuggets those last 2 victories by taking out his starters. Those last 2 games were the most CP3 sat the whole year.
