Im a die hard Pats fan and Peyton used to piss me OFF! It was always back and forth between them regarding wins.

The AFC championship games were always nail biting between them and Peyton broke my heart more than a couple times. Some would say I am happy about this but it is a sad end to something that I was dreaming about some of the games Peyton played against the Pats.

The Brady, Peyton rivalry will never be the same.

Dark Horse:
- San Francisco .. they have cap room and may decide he is the last piece to get over the hump.

Washington needs the picks, they would most certainly go for Peyton Manning and keep the draft picks. Though their #1 need is on the offensive line, and I really hope they go hard after Carl Nicks or Ben Grubbs.

Not gonna go that far but he wont be able to bring half of what Peyton brought to the table IMO. Is lot of hype around the kid and the circumstances are setting the fan base up for a huge let down. Unfortunately he will be the scapegoat if things dont pan out.

As mentioned earlier, they are saying he will avoid the NFC East because of his brother, that said the Skins and Cowboys have the kind of owners willing to dish out the cash for who they want.

Are you serious right now? They are NOT on the Super Bowl cusp and the QB is not what's holding that team back. And even if it was, even a healthy Peyton at this point in his career is barely better than Romo.

And for the record, I question just how healthy he would be going forward. Especially behind that offensive line. Their priorities need to lie in fixing the OL (so Romo doesn't end up with an injury like Manning's or worse) and the secondary.
