The Miami Dolphins have money to spend. I don't know how, it's the same as the Heat and Marlins as out of fucking noowhere they have dat cash.

With that said, Dolphins will show their desire and try their absolute best to get Manning and will hopefully succeed.

IMO, Philbin wants Matt Flynn, his project ... not Manning.
In the best case scenario, the Dolphins get Flynn with a Kolb contract that they can make disappear after year 1 if they're not satisfied.
This idea that Manning can make the Dolphins an elite team is ridiculous, they don't have enough.

If Manning wants to win a Super Bowl right now, his better option is the Jets.

Defensively the Dolphins are set. Offensively they could use some help at QB obviously, but they have the pieces to be great. They finished the year out strong as hell last season. They need to get one or two more OLmen, however. Manning could ball the fuck out with BMarsh, Bess, Bush, possibly Wayne.

If GM/owners want Manning, they will say fuck Flynn and go all out for him.
