LeBron's shot was a great shot, especially given the circumstances because that snatched away a potential 2-0 hole for the Cavs. It'll be a memorable shot. It wasn't better than Jordan over Ehlo though. That was done on the road and that is The Shot. The Bulls winning that game is considered an upset and had Jordan missed that shot, the playoffs end for them.

I will tell you what this shot made me think of. I think this one is better because he had to do it twice, but it reminded me of it:

This is put up or shut up time for the Cavs tomorrow. Deviant has it right, they go down 3-1 they don't win it. Barring some sort of miracle that is. I'm not ready to hit the panic button just yet but the refs taking all flow out of that game really deflated both teams.

I'm tired of the ticky-tack fouls, and every time Joe Crawford is reffing a game the damn thing goes on thirty minutes longer than it should. Every other possession was either team going to the line. I turned it off in the third quarter, not because the Cavs were losing but because I can't stand games that have no rhythm or flow, that game was a prime example.

Did any of you watch the game? Howard had a carrer high in FTs attempted because every time he was under the hoop Cle would hack. Both Sideshow Bob and Big Z fouled out because they were fouling Howard all night. Of course you're all of a sudden going to have a jump in fouls when your coach tells you to foul Howard ever time he touches the ball under the hoop. It had nothing to do with the refs and everything to do with Mike Brown's coaching style.

If Howard started making his FTs nobody would foul him straight away . Its smart to foul a bad FT shooter when he touches the ball near the basket . What they meant to do? Be nice guys and let him dunk .... hell they will lose by 20 but at least they are "nice guys".

And the refs didnt have a terrible game (suprisingly) , the Magic had so many FTs because of Howards normal FT problems. And by terrible game i mean ... not for one team or the other , they just ruined the tempo of the whole thing on both sides

Take a step back from the game like I did. I'm a Cavs fan through thick and thin. You can't sit there and tell me they were not calling ticky-tack fouls all night. It was both ways for sure, no contact on a player, they called a foul.

Hedo doesn't touch LeBron he swiped over his head and they called a foul. It's not so much putting one team at the line more than others. It's about taking the flow out of the game, which the refs did last night.

Bought time Cleveland comes back down to earth. This team is not a championship caliber team, and I shiver to think if LeBron wins this year, what we're in for the next ten years when he goes to a better team or the Cavs build around him.
