In order to best the best at the highest position in sports, you have to outperform the opposite QB. Far too many times Manning hasn't done so.

Is this what you hear? because all I heard after Manning's first superbowl was a string of excuses how he played badly and if not for his D and run game holding it down he would have lost.

Go back to the MMA forums where you actually have something constructive to say. Ever hear of ESPN Classic or the constant showing of the NFL's greatest games? Plus, he played into 1994... that was only 15 years ago and there was plenty of footage of him shown constantly after he retired.
