Bottom ten is crazy and irrational. Bottom half I can maybe buy. Probably falls in the 40-60 range someplace. 86th or lower? Not a chance.

To say the Broncos laid down is ridiculous. Yes, they lost. Yes, they had a bad game. But to say they laid down is insane. They simply had a bad game vs. a better opponent.

Maybe. I wasn't impressed with their reaction after the early adversity. But to put it all on Manning is unfair, IMO.

I actually think that it was a slightly bad throw made terrible by the fact that Julius Thomas wasn't looking for it. It looked like it would have been on target had he gone for the ball.

Very likely. But I'm pretty sure there's a slew of QBs wouldn't have missed so many guys or overthrown so many other passes. Manning was clearly shaken and pressing.

Quits on fumble recovery? Really? Clearly Moreno was already there and Manning is a 37-year-old old dude who already saw he wasn't recovering that fumble.

Going for it on 4th and 2 bypassing an easy FG was a very wtf moment.
Not only do you tell your Defense you don't have faith , but you forego football psychology 101 by getting those first points up on the board.

That team wanted to go home. Even in a loss you could make a statement and battle back and make a point. These guys just mailed it in.

Moreno was already there on that first play. Manning had no shot at it without getting hurt, and it was going to be a safety anyway. Therefore he decided to give his team a shot by staying in the whole game instead of making the Broncos rely on inexperienced Brock Osweiler. That's not laying down, that's playing smart.
