You need to have Microsoft Excel. Not every rookie rating is in there as the thread title suggests. The ones that aren't, Donny Moore has said, will be created so don't worry.

- William Moore is a 76 with 85 spd, 83 agi, 84 accel. Also 66 catch 72 block shed, 77 pursuit, 68 play recognition, 62 man, 75 zone.

Michael Mitchell must have Hit Power in the 90's and speed in the mid 80's. If he does and is at least a 60. I'll be happy.

Not at all, they revamped the ratings system. I think a stat Donny Moore (ratings guy at EA) posted was that while 09 had 81 players rated 93+ OVR, while in 10 there is only 51 players at 93+ OVR.

They switched things up.

I'm pretty happy with the Lions draft this year and more-so with the ratings (of the players that are created anyways) as well. For the guy that said EA is too harsh on the rookies this year, not really considering they are taking a different route this year when it comes to ratings. Long gone (hopefully) are the days of 15+ 99 overall players, they are actually using ratings from the 1-99 rating this year and not to the point where you won't find a player under 55 overall.
