Fallout 3 Impressions

I played through my first tiem as a good guy but didn't really explore as much as I should've. I kinda just stuck to the story line and finished it too quickly.

I want to play through it again but I'm having a hard time finding the motivation too.

Would rather play NBA2k9 etc lol

Haha im so dumb. I just got to Megaton, went into the little bar place. Killed one of the guys, the other guy ran out, so when I went outside it autosaved. Now everyone in town is shooting at me and I can't get away before I die. When I respawn I'm coming out the door to a million bullets. Lol gonna have to start over I guess.

This game was pretty good, I havent messed with the DLC cause I traded it in.

EB on a console you use the two analog sticks to move your character and aim your gun

i imagine on pc the mouse either moves your character or shoots the gun what performs the other action? the directional arrows ?

Anyone know where I can find a sniper rifle? I'm about 12 hours in and still haven't come across one.

I found one once when I was exploring, I came across an old bombed out church. Went inside and heard a bullet just nearly miss me, I looked up and saw someone at the top of the church with a sniper rifle. So I proceeded to toss a grenade up there and blew the guy up. Retrieved the sniper rifle along with a map with a place called Oasis...

Yes Arkansas hes on the second story of a dilapidated house in Minefield. Dont kill him if you can avoid it as he plays a part in a later quest you might not have yet encountered.

I beat the game and its fun. I did all side quests, killed all behemoths and had almost all the modified weapons. Still the most badass gun in the game is the vengence (aka gatling laser mod.). You can find it someone near the back of the deathclaw sanctuary.

So I bought this game on release day, played 20 minutes and was promptly killed by a mirelurk. I said to myself, "Fuck this shit" and put it on the shelf for 6 months...where it stared at me and begged me to give it a second chance.

I pop it in on Sunday, and now I'm as addicted as Whitney Brown is to domestic abuse. This game is retarded good.

I just saved Megaton and Arefu, and have barely touched the main quest.

Oh, btw, where the fuck is Dogmeat?

I've actually found Dogmeat pretty annoying. He doesn't help very much in combat and whenever he dies (often) I feel obligated to re-load an old save.
