VIII is my all-time favorite. Everyone's obsessed with VII I swear. I mean it was a great game, but not the best IMO.

VIII was good but not that good. VII has a bad name because people just try to make it sound like the greatest game ever. X was alright the voice acting sometimes was kind of off. Like if i remember when yuna or tidus, dont remember which one, was like " when i get angry i just yell....aaaahhhhh" it sounded so bad.

I really enjoyed VII, but VI is the one that I keep coming back to.

I just finished XII on Sunday so I could get it out of the way before XIII drops. Had I known my save was literally 4 hours from finishing the game I would have done it months ago.

FFX was freaking awesome. Although I hated Tidus, the other characters in the game made it absolutely great. Plus, it was far more customizable and advanced than just about any game ever made up to that point.

For anyone that played the International Edition, you know how deep and amazing the game truly was.

FFVIII was just way to liner and not to mention a pain in the ass with the battle system. also how was i supposed to know i needed that screw 10 hours later haha.

the story on VIII was pretty bitching though.

i think either VII or IX was my fave.

as far as XI goes it was a blast but i never did one freaking "mission" or forwarded the story at all. i just joined up with people and attacked monsters lol.

I agree VII is over-rated, but that game dominated my sophmore year of college so much I almost failed.....oh wait I did.

X is easily the best IMO. The like 20+ hours of cut-scenes gives it more character development then the other games. Plus I love how Tidus is thrown into the new world. The other characters are born there and they just throw us in and we gotta catch up, but on X everything is new to Tidus just like us. So we're learning thing as he does and he's asking all the questions we want to know.
Not to mention the fact that the land Spira is a character itself and the story is great.

VIII is my 2nd favorite even though hardly anyone talks about it.

I love VI.

It has, in my opinion, the best villian in Kefka, the most memorable characters top to bottom, and a storyline that pulls the player in and doesn't let go.

Of course, I say all of this while enjoying every single FF game (even the turd that was II). They're all great. Some are just greater than others.

VIII is my favorite because of the love story and sentimental value of characters like Zell and Gilgamesh. I heard the opposite about difficulty. So many people had issues about how tedious the magic drawing and junction system was, which I never really a problem with since I normally would just buy my shit or play the card game.

I refuse to acknowledge FFX-2. That was a blatant money grab. :nope:
