Can't even check my Status,

I made the purchase and despite them sending me an email confirming the purchase on my account, whenever I try to log on to the account using the same email they send me another message telling me the account doesn't exist.

they've yet to take the payment, but I got the payment notification from both Paypal and GoGamer, and after sending an email to customer support, I've yet to receive anything back and it's been a day and a half.

sooo, if nothing happens by tomorrow, I am really lost on what to do, I can't cancel anything because I don't have an account I can log into, Customer support refuses to contact me, and even though I didn't realistically expect to see anything until today, It's 12:00 which is usually the stopping point for shipping anything. Maybe they're going by pacific time, which would mean they're going to wait till 3 my time.

I guess in time I'll know, I just know if I don't see shit by tomorrow, we got problems.

It's not about being impatient

I'm not pissed they haven't mailed it out, I'm starting to get annoyed that even though I've clearly made the order, they've yet to allow me to access any type of information, and if there's a rational reason because of this, customer service still hasn't explained it to me.

He's hardly being impatient , more worried about not being able to log in . So now if they don't send it before thursday/friday he can't cancel his order lol

Well, I just got off the phone with a customer service and according to them, because it's paypal it takes a few days to process the purchase.

buddy also informed me it should be out the door by today or tomorrow.

so, I'll sit and twiddle my thumbs and see what happens.
 
I can't believe so many people actually trust this place.

My gut tells me that not one of you guys will see Madden 10 until release day and that this company just preyed on the weak (don't get me wrong, I'm weak too ... but I would never order from a no-name place like this).

Like Dave said, I'm starting to get skeptical.

They said they had them in stock, why are they waiting to receive them to send them out? I get the feeling I'll receive the package Friday, which is useless other than the fact I saved $2 because it was cheaper then Retail. especially because it stated upon placing the order it would be shipped out within 24 hours.

so, smells fishy.
 
id rather wait 2 days and go pick up the game @ gamestop a company i can trust and not some company online that i never heard of.
 
I think for future reference, overnight deliveries from an unfamiliar site wouldn't be the greatest idea to share unless you used their service and they lived up to their promise.

They just took a bite out of Walmart, GameStop, etc...and if anything you will only get 1 day headstart (maybe not even until release day afternoon) on 99.9% of other Madden owners.
 
Yeah really glad I went with my guy on this one and didn't order from them. Seemed suspicious, plus T.Dot posted it originally, come on lol

I was reading the thread at OS earlier today about that. Apparently the site has changed its item listing from "In Stock: Ships within 24 hours" to "Pre-Order". My guess is that maybe EA got to them since yesterday and demanded they quit selling it before its release date.

It looks like the people who ordered it over the weekend, like myself, pulled the wool over EA's eyes...hopefully, lol. I won't really get my hopes up til I see it on my doorstep, but from the email and tracking info I got, it should be tomorrow by 3pm.
