The bottom line is that if he landed on his legs like MrBill is insinuating then the his knees would have almost instantly have given out. It would be like dropping a sumo wrestler on him. Sure there is a possibility for survival, but it would have much more to do with the trajectory of the fall or what his landing zone looked like then his athletic ability. And since the guy had been out since week 3, I doubt he was in top athletic form anyway. Freak accident, the broad should have called for help. Maybe the cops felt like she thought she was being threatened, and if that's the case you can't really hold her accountable because she was under duress. If this was just some random guy who hopped in the back of her truck and starting pounding on the window I doubt anyone one here would be saying she should be punished. And the cops said that her testimony fell in line with the witnesses, who had nothing to gain by lying. Unless you have some information beyond that of the police then I don't really see your argument here.
