All of these physics calculations and the back-and-forth through multiple thread pages is because of your opinion that the bitch is shady.....and NOT because of your opinion that Chris Henry should have no problem jumping out of a truck going 20mph and landing on his feet, unharmed???!!!

I never said he would have been unharmed but the autopsy report didn't specify any injuries to him other than blunt force trauma to the head, which means he likely lost his balance while trying to jump and hit head first or was thrown from the vehicle and hit head first. If he jumped feet first, which seems like the logical way a person would try and jump off anything he might very well have broken his leg or arm(s) or ribs, etc before hitting his head. His own fiancee said that she thought she was going slow enough that we he jumped that he would be ok and the police bought it. Why don't you?

Those are her words, not mine....and again, the police bought her story that she thought she had slowed to a low enough speed for him to jump and be safe, which is why she didn't stop to render aid. Of course it seems more likely that a woman with tattoos on her neck is going to be swerving the vehicle to throw that crazy fool out of her truck...but then you would be agreeing with me.

Because clearly it's outside the realm of possiblity that he could have jumped feet first from a vehicle doing 19-23mph couldn't get his footing and that sent his head smacking into the pavement. Clearly that's not even possible.

The people in the 70 mph collisions are in a car, that's a marked advantage over Henry's situation. I don't really care what your opinion about the girl is and I haven't even brought that up to you, even though you seem to think you know more about this situation than the police for whatever reason. My problem is that what you are basing your belief on is that if Henry would have jumped from a vehicle moving at 20 MPH that there is no chance he would have died because of his athletic prowess.

Same thing goes for motorcycles where you are completely exposed to the pavement and the oncoming vehicle. I've had friends killed in motorcycle accidents that were doing 30MPH and friends that walked away from wrapping their bikes around a tree at 80MPH.

My problem is that you think an NFL athlete is less coordinated than a 50 year old biker and I never said there would be "no chance" he was killed. Just that if she were really going 20MPH and thought he jumped safely, why didn't she stop when she saw that he was laying in the road in her rearview mirror? It doesn't mean that he didn't slip and hit head first, just watching her interview and comparing what she said to ESPN and what she said right after the accident make it seem like two totally different stories.

Then why are you so concerned with her story not being true, so concerned with having a friend run physics calculations on it if you already know it could be true?

Did you read the police report? Link me to it if so. I would assume that this were a normal police investigation in which they would gather all the evidence and form their case upon that. Not just one person's story. If she were swerving like crazy there would be tire marks, and most likely someone on the road would be more inclined to witness a swerving vehicle. You seem to be preoccupied by neck tattoos for whatever reason and continue to bring it up like it has any relevance in this situation, if you didn't keep doing that it would help for people to actually take your opinion seriously. Obviously she was trying to flee form Chris Henry, that's why she got in the truck in the first place. He pursued he and went on to harass her as she drove away. If you feel that your life is being threatened you don't stop to render aid, you don't have to. This case wasn't decided by one girl's story it was most likely based on the work of forensic scientists as most cases like this would be.

1. You don't give a "rat's ass" about anyone liking your opinion so you attempting to validate your opinion anymore really has no point seeing as no matter what you post, if someone doesn't like it, you don't care. Even though you care enough to hire an outside firm to do calcs for you.

2. You already agreed that Henry falling from the truck as stated by the police and their evidence could have resulted in his death so the results of the calculations your friend is running don't matter. Regardless of what the answer is the force was obviously enough to kill him seeing as he died. Unless you have any actual evidence to show that she was going faster than stated...in which case the force would most likely be greater....this making Henry ever morer deader.

Seeing as Lambeau specifcally cited Notre Dame's uniforms as being the inspiration for the Packers colors I'd say it's a pretty safe bet. And I'm also going to say it's say to safe Lambeau learned something from Rockne during his time at Notre Dame. Just a guess?

Well the story is that he was going all crazy banging on the truck while she calmly drove ~20MPH and was concerned for his safety and not her own. He very well might have been trying to reach into the driver side window and went right off onto his head. That is certainly plausible.
