You are pretty rude and simplistic as a 33 year old and your typing skills are unimportant to me.
I am talking about free agency and parity and its overall effect on an outcome. Players and eras have nothing to do with it. I am only talking about now.
It doesnt matter how big strong or fast or smart the players are now. With players bouncing around, teams are starting young inexperienced players too fast and veterans in new places arent as cohesive with their units so the quality of over all play isnt that great.
Sanchez may be good but you cant really tell when you are playing highly interchanged teams. That has nothing to do with what decade it is and doest need to. the only comparison would be: even though players from the past may have not been bigger, stronger, faster, etc. the quality of play was better because cohesive units were built and stayed together and knew plays and system and player tendencies inside and out.

All you are getting from most of the teams is the worlds best pick up game because one team has better horses than the other for short periods of time.
