I would say Orton's numbers are pretty damn good. .

When you're on a losing team, only one number matters.

We've been through this many times, and it's simple: Kyle Orton is nothing better than a .500 quarterback, if that. You didn't upgrade the position, until Orton does something Cutler hasn't, and that's win a fucking playoff game. So, at 2-5, your links aren't worth clicking on.

I told you Denver wouldn't win more than 8 games... I guess that makes me a ''very wise poster.'' When in fact, it's not all that difficult predicting what Kyle Orton isn't capable of doing. Even a Raiders fan can do it.

Orton's numbers are inflated because he throws the ball 50 times a game. I know what you're going to say, "but look at his completion percentage!" Half his balls are dumpoffs, half are medium, and he'll hit a deep bomb once or twice a game when the score is way out of reach (see Baltimore and Oakland).

He couldn't do shit against Baltimore. His statline was saved by the two late meaningless bombs to Lloyd. He looked like shit against Jets, and he looked like shit against Oakland.

His 3 best games have come against Seattle (29th vs. the pass), Jacksonville (26th vs. the pass, and a loss by the way) and Tennessee (23rd vs the pass).

Orton's stats are being saved by meaningless bombs in losing efforts and piss poor competition. The guy isn't doing shit to win ball games.

Kyle Orton is a complete joke: An unfunny one at that, which makes this even worse. He's not even worth making fun of. He's that irrelevant guy that's just around to ''manage'' the games, until Denver can somehow find a guy who is capable of actually leading a football team. Glen's homerism is just that, homerism - Glen doesn't think Orton is anything other than what Orton is, a loser. Once Orton is gone, and Tebow takes over, Glen's schtick will then shift to Tebow, the way it shifted to Orton when Cutler got traded.

lol at Orton being brought up in a Cutler thread for no reason. The funniest thing to me though is when Orton had a good career record people adamantly refused to give him any credit for it, now we got people trying to put the blame for a 2-5 record on his shoulders.

Yeah. I don't know where Denver would have been last season without Kyle Orton, when they lost 8 out of the last 10 games, to miss the playoffs.

No, he didn't. George once led the NFL in passing yards for an awful 4-12 Raiders team and had a 29-9 TD/INT ratio.

George was/is better than Cutler. A much better arm and deep ball. George's problem was he had too much confidence. I can't figure out if Cutler's problem is too much confidence, too little confidence, or apathy.

He was on at least one decent team. The 98 Vikings? The one that Randall came in and took to the playoffs. I'm not saying he did anything, but he was on the team.
