Really bummed about Prado, that will take a while to get over, but if that helped us avoid including Julio, so be it. 1 year of Prado is more than worth 3 years of Upton and 6 years of Teheran.

Arizona's been trade-raped this winter. It's going to take them a long time to recover from it, as I don't think they even added anyone that has the long-term value or even potential of Upton and Bauer. It's amazing ownership there has let this happen.

Right, I guess if you remove Towers actively destroying his own leverage from the equation, they did ok. I still don't think 1 year of Prado and a prospect package highlighted by Zeke Spruill and Nick Ahmed is at all a good return for J-Up, but that's why Frank Wren pulled the trigger.

Should Atlanta be concerned that he no longer has to frequently play in San Francisco or Los Angeles anymore? Upton's road splits are skewed considering he has played a large percentage of his games at extreme pitcher parks, with really good pitching staffs.

I've always thought Prado was underrated. As a Nats fan, I'm glad he's gone. Always a tough out. Played great defense and was a smart baserunner. I think he'll only excel in Arizona.

So we are holding Justin Upton's age 19 season, where he only had 152 at bats, equal to Prado's age 23 season? Not everyone is Bryce Harper.
