Considering the depth or lackthereof at PF I can see him being a top 15 PF, but I wouldn't want him as my starting PF. I don't see his additon making Howard want to stay. This is the problem with ORlando managment, as they make moves, but for guys who are either past their prime or limited in what they can do.

He was a pretty effective player for the celtics. To say he could turn out to be a top 15 pf next to Howard? Not that far fetched. Howard did make Hedo and Rashard Lewis look amazing next to him during their playoff run.

I can say with confidence that there are 25+ players I would rather start at PF. Like nahste said his inside game is weak, the majority of his scoring comes from catch and shoot midrange J's which he doesn't hit very efficiently to begin with. Combine with that an overall lack of athleticism and height that holds him back on D. I like him as a 15 mpg hustle guy off the bench but no way he's a quality starting PF just because he shed some chub.

Thompson, McRoberts, LRMam (Isn't he a SF?), Blatche, Frye, Charlie V are under Big Baby imo. Randolph has failed to show he can play for a team long enough to keep them, Hans is solid but I wouldn't consider starting him.

Monroe, Horford and Jefferson play the 5 for their teams. Could play the 4 on other teams or in certain lineups.

I'll give you Gibson and Blair for sure, and I'm not sold on Hickson yet.

Different level of player...those boys bring it...I see Big Baby as a good backup player, comes in and brings the hustle, but as a starter...those players are on another level, IMO.

The point I'm trying to get across is that Davis could be an effective player next to Dwight, a top 15 fantasy pf if you want to label it that way.

I was naming players that I think would be a better option at the power forward spot than Glen Davis, regardless of the role they are forced to take for their teams. I just don't see really any upside at all in a player that has made a career out of hustle and shooting 15 footers. Very mediocre rebounder, very poor defender, awful FG%.

This is besides the fact but even fantasy-wise he would be one of the worst options out of all the starting 4's in the league.

Antoine Wright is actually a really solid defender, and thats why hes been able to start games for every team hes played for (that and lack of options for said team).
