ESPN's Mel Kiper believes the Chiefs should select Notre Dame ILB Mant Te'o with the first overall selection, if they end up with it in April.
Kiper explains this decision by saying no top quarterback stands out at the top and the Chiefs do not need pass rushing help from the outside linebacker spot due to Tamba Hali and Justin Houston already being on the roster.
