35 out of 46 SB winning teams had HOF or future HOF QB's (I counted Brady, both Mannings, Warner, Rodgers, Rapelisberger, & Brees, I don't want to argue about any of them so feel free to knock any of them off if you wish, but i'd say they are all locks or close to locks aside from maybe Eli).
I count 11 MLB's (PackersX2, Chiefs, DolphinsX2, SteelersX4, Ravens, Giants), but that's just from glancing at the teams and going off my head, so I could be off by a few. The point is, by this extremely unscientific measure, it's not even close.
edit- make it 12, I forgot Singletary, but really we could quibble about Harry Carson who played in a 3-4, but I won't. ILB/MLB, same function and impact.
but how many SBs is that compared to the number of HOF MLBs there are?
