Well, I've only let my partner drive twice. Once he drove around for a while, the other time it skipped right to the crime scene and a cut scene that I couldn't stop.

I'm in the middle of an early detective case.

 

The one with the guy who was hit by the car in front of the bar. I know how it happened, and I'm about to go get the guy whose car it is, but I messed up the bartender questioning a little.

I tried "Death from Above" maybe 10 times last night; I just COULD NOT shoot the damn guy with the hostage. I now know not to move the damn aim. I was hitting him and he was spinning away, and I couldn't get him before he shot the cop.

Worst thing about the game? Traffic laws!

I would disagree about this game not having much buzz. It's been the top trending on Twitter all day.

I fucking love this game. Even though I'm still having some issues trying to figure out when I should accuse or call someone a flat out liar.

I'm 6 1/2 hours in and have 8/21 story cases completed.

Oh, I know. It's easy to tell when they are lying. What's not easy is to decide whether to just Doubt them or call them a Liar. I think a lot of the problem is that I keep forgetting to review what evidence I have before the interview/interrogation.

Nope, I did the same thing. Completely forgot about the hit and run driver once it was found the dude was stabbed to death..

You can back out of calling them a liar if you have no evidence, I think.

I am OCD when it comes to getting the perfect dialogue options (like in Mass Effect and Fallout) so I have to try reeeeallly hard not to re-load a save every time I get a question wrong.

That's the thing, if you restart you have to start the entire case over again.

You can also quit to the main menu then resume, that works unless its the end of the case.

Don't know if this is a spoiler but just to be safe. Talking about my experience in homocide.

 

Just got promoted to Vice. Going to get something to eat then hopefully knock out the rest of the story. The stats page shows only 8 cases left. Hopefully they are a little bit less straight forward than Homicide. I felt like I didn't really have to search and try to piece anything together and it was leading me into the direction pretty easily. Was able to save up a ton of intuition points for these cases.

Loving the game so far. Don't want it to end. Hopefully the side missions are fulfilling.

easy way to simplify hostage situations is know that hes going to left for 5 sec and then right for 5 sec if you cant go to the left fast enough just stay on the right and youll get him

in regards to all the homicide cases *dont read if you are not in vice yet

 

I had the hunch not all of the people who were charged were guilty as the evidence was always just right there and the the only suspicious person that seemed guilty was the crazy guy, but then again he was crazy, too bad all the fuckers had to run and make themselves seem even more guilty than they were

That seems the only let down to me so far hope that's not the case.
