I just got my invitation and code to register for the beta. Submitted my application and now just have to wait.

Where's my e-mail? Actually I've always seemed to get the beta e-mails a few days after the initial release. Hopefully that trend continues.

Sidenote: I think Uncharted 2 multiplayer is a blast. But I'm not much of a multi player period and I have too many games to play.

Am I the only one that doesn't like the fact that 64 vs 64 is just a bunch of people running around?

I much prefer a smaller gametype where you can at least get a cohesive strategy.

But I haven't played it so I don't really know

Yeah I thought the game while big with the players involved was still going to be stretched out when talking about the map size.

Please someone with an invite tell me its not like Resistance where 10secs in spawning someone pops up behind you and kills ya.

Graphics are subpar for a next-gen game. Awful textures and everything appears slightly grainy. Hopefully this gets ironed out in the retail version.

1) It's going to have 256 PLAYERS ONLINE AT ONCE. They have to tone down graphics fidelity to get the game to run smoothly.

2) I hate when people still refer to this generation as "next gen".

3) Fuck the Playstation Underground for not sending me a beta invite.

Looking forward to this, hopefully it is a challenging FPS, not arcade rubbish that we get on consoles - yes im talking about the CODs 'hold your hand, so everyone can be good' crap. (Ill get grief for that no doubt )

Im not saying MAG will be better, I have my reservations, but at this stage its my console hope for a decent FPS game

Maybe im just growing out of this genre now

Heaven forbid an FPS that many can perform well in.

Stupid ass developers making a game like that......what do they think they'll expand their market share or something? Idiots.

Excuse me while I go back to coding the most difficult game in the world that no one will ever be able to succeed......it'll sell in the billion trillions.
