The "Operation Beachhead" event they're running from today through the 10th coincides with this a bit.

Basically everyone's getting 25% extra XP all weekend and then they'll release the DLC.

No strings, just play your brains out.

It was fun as shit running around smashing shit with the Krogan Sentinel and Soldier, but it's going to be ridiculous with biotic charge added to the mix. I just hope the characters come unlocked, and I don't have to buy packs to get them (probably not though ).

I play through the game and the Geth/Quarian part. Then I watch my roommate, who had both Tali and Legion die and it seems the same. Just different dialog and people subbing in for the dead characters.

Bioware didn't do a good enough job making the story branch out in different directions based on what happened previously.

It was pretty much the same in ME2 with regards to the story on Tuchanka only Wreav is the head of Clan Urdnot if you killed Wrex.

I would have loved to see a much more variable story based on my choices, and I would have gladly waited another year or so for ME3 if your choices had a much deeper impact on the story. However, that seems like too high of an expectation given how BioWare handled your Wrex decision in ME2 and the length of the development for ME3. :dunno:

Not to mention you poor 360 guys would probably have to shuffle around another disc or two with all that extra content. :dtrain:

Can't wait to test the new maps and the Geth classes.

 

Considering the story, the MP canon would favor the most peaceful resolution on Rannoch.
