Thus far MS has held a tough line in the sand with game developers saying "if you are making a game for both consoles... they will be even or you won't make it for MS".

As far as content in the game... yes they are even unless there is exclusive content purchased by one of the companies.

Textures, there isntba huge difference frame rate yeah its noticeable.
