How are you guys getting screen captures? Is there a way to do it in the game or do you guys just have something else for it?
 
Not based on anything. Just my favorite colors, my hometown and some name that nobody had. Outlining that jersey lettering was a real pain in the ass lol. Going to try a new idea for the home jersey lettering tomorrow.

Took me about 4 hours to transfer my music from '11 to '12. I only edited the teams music and updated about 10 files.....going to do some of it over once the season starts.

edit: Anyone know what song (if any) the Cardinals play after a home win?
 
Some of you have posted you have struggled hitting against the CPU. Out of the box I normally go with All-Star Hitting and All-Star Pitching. This year I climbed into some batting practice and couldn't hit anything on All-Star. So after a little adjustment I dropped down to Veteran and adjusted a couple of sliders. It helped me a lot. Plus I upped my pitching slider to HOF. I may need to tone the hitting sliders back a touch. These have helped immensely.

Okay, I tried DD last night just to mess with it and I didn't dig in too far or read up on it anywhere , so I'm not exactly sure how everything works yet.... but.....
I understand that you collect cards, get some Major League players... trade, etc , kinda like Ultimate Team.

I played on All-star , my team against the Cleveland Indians. I won 3-2, my starter did a great job, I have a few hitters that are decent.

What I am having an issue with is that on the same difficulty, I can't beat the Indians with the Detroit Tigers , yet I can beat them with 35 year old wanna be's...

I realize ultimately the idea is to play other created teams but it just seemed too easy , considering the team I was using.
 
Of course. I just started to play my first online DD game. Right as I push across my 2nd run in the 2nd inning, the dude pauses and quits. Bastard.
 
Trying to get this DD thing to work. It keeps getting server errors and every name I want to use is taken. Michigan Wolverines, even the little West Michigan Whitecaps. WTF!
 
this game is very pretty. the animations are real nice and smooth. i love the fielding animations. the games so real and plays great.

and one thing that never gets old is at the end of a game hearing your own music playing through the stadium speakers
