They won both of those games. That's how the 49ers play... they sit back in zone and wait for you to make a mistake. They've given up passing yards all year. If they give up 300 in the air and get two picks, they consider that a win. That's their M.O.

I was on the Alex Smith can't lead the 49ers to a SB, but I've changed my stance on that. It will be interesting to see if the Giants can maintain their level of play. This is a matchup of probably the most complete team (49ers) versus the hottest team. I voted for the 49ers, because I think they'll be able to limit the Giants offense and the Giants generally only play well on offense and defense when Eli is playing well.

I always have been a fan of Eli's....I love that everyone thinks he sux. You can have your Romo, Rivers, Ryan, Vick, Sanchez, Cutlers and who ever else. I will take the dork who cant throw the ball.

My problem is my dad was such a negative nancy with the Giants it is in my blood that I think the giants should lose every game.....Eli is changing that!

All of them are Eli love fests. The worst part is your switching over to the giants radio cast which I've heard and died laughing while listening to the homers go at it.

I just dislike how Buck constantly never gets excited about anything. Everyone has made the joke now but common man.
