Anyone else know why the catch by the Redskins in OT wasn't challenged? I know it didn't end up mattering but it was a big play that was ridiculously close and they just let the Redskins snap the ball without taking a look at it.

Right, I know that. It was just surprising to me that they didn't immediately call for a review. It looked like it was a obvious it should have been.

Also, the announcers were getting on Romo for trying to call a TO in overtime before the GW FG attempt. Saying that he got lucky, blah blah blah. It would have resulted in the same penalty had he not tried to call a time out so I have no idea why they were making a huge fuss.

The announcers, as well as the post game crew, were saying that Dallas was lucky and got bailed out by Washington's timeout because "we saw how close the kick was, 5 yards back and it would have been no good." Do those clowns have any idea what they are talking about? Even if they got pushed 5 yards back (it would have been from 44), whose to say Bailey doesn't just drill it down the center?

No big. The wind was a bit of a factor yesterday. I won't apologize for that win, that's to be expected when Dallas and Washington play.

We damn well better manhandle Miami, though.

The fucking Ravens piss me off. They should be undefeated right now. Unreal that they are 8-3 but swept Pitt and also beat the Texans and Jets. Never would have imagined this scenario prior to the season. Watch, they beat a 9-1 team Thurs but they will come out and lose to the Browns next week.

Which would be unfortunate...if they can get HFA through the playoffs they aren't going to lose. Every game must be played like a playoff game from here on. Pitt ain't losing again, the 49ers were their last tough game...and I see no reason they won't do the same thing the Ravens did to them.

Not saying they didn't, Seattle owned us as well, just saying talent wise the Titans are nowhere near the Ravens level nor are the Seahawks, they lost those two games and the Jax game because they didn't come in ready to play in the right mindset. Not trying to argue that they didn't get whipped in the three losses, just saying that they shouldn't have happened how they did. That is what I mean by they should be undefeated, they should have ran the Titans/Jags/Seahawks off the field, didn't happen, should have.

The Jaguars benched Blaine Gabbert in the fourth quarter in favor of Luke McCown after Gabbert completed just 13-of-29 passes for 136 yards and an interception against the Texans in Week 12.
There was 7:03 left in just a 10-point game, so this appears to be a benching as opposed to mop-up duty for McCown. McCown isn't going to be an upgrade, but he should at least present better pocket presence than the rookie. Gabbert took six sacks, often appearing sheepish in the pocket whenever defenders were around him. We have a sneaking suspicion that trading up to draft Gabbert will end up costing GM Gene Smith his job.

Reading shit like that makes it hard for me to continue to watch this team implode.
