Not true, "everyone" did not give up on the game. I ran a OD that went for 15 years and everybody had a couple of 99 speeds on their team but it made no difference in the gameplay. We all still had fun playing that game. I think playing against 99 speeds even made it more fun to gamelan around those 99 speeds.
I am very sorry that somebody whooped you up something nice in 09 and made you hate the game but like I said 09 was the best sports video game last year.
Gameplan around those 99 speeds?
Are you retarded? There was no 'gameplanning' fucknuts, if you had the speed to matchup you could stop it, if you didn't, you couldn't. At any single point in a game, you send the 99 spd on a fly pattern and if the D doesn't have the speed to go step for step, it was 6. Every single time. Where's the 'gameplanning' and 'strategy' when a player can turn to that option on any given play?
I too played 4 years with some guys, I found it quite odd to see our entire conference ranked, although we couldn't have made the game any harder vs the CPU, because the CPU was incapable of reading a defence or rushing the football.
I'm glad you found it fun to play OD's, where promises were broken, recruiting was a joke (85 of the top 100 class going to ONE conference? okay!), not to mention the ridiculous ability for people to download the OD, sim to the end and gather up all the recruits overall numbers. That's awesome isn't it!
I'm glad your simple ass mind thinks the game was just like what you see on Saturdays!
For the record dipshit, NCAA 09 was not the sports game of the year. The critics said otherwise.
