So back on topic, what games are you guys looking forward to seeing most at E3?

Forza Horizon mainly because I have no idea what that game is going to be. I would love to see a glimpse of new console software but I doubt that.

Vita games!!!!!!! The system is awesome but I need something besides Baseball to play on it!!!

I'd like to see and hear a little more about The Last of Us, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, and GTA V.

I'm a little disappointed that Valve isn't announcing anything. I understand they're focusing on Dota 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive at the moment, but I'd really like to hear something concrete about what they're planning afterwards.

I certainly won't be getting one because it makes no sense and if most consumers have a brain, they won't either. If you don't like it, don't support it with your dollars and it will go away.

This is why people call you a PS3 fanboy. Make a criticism of it if you want (hell, it sounds stupid to me too), but not some throwaway, half-cooked brain fart on why Microsoft is cheating America.

Yes, but 100pts=$1.00. Pretty simple. MS uses a carnival ticket point system, which has been trying to dupe people for decades.

I'm also reading that there will be early termination penalties, like with cell phones. Awesome. Next thing you know we'll be paying by the minute for Xbox Live.

But it's not "taking advantage of the unfortunate". You can buy a console at regular price. If the "unfortunate" are what you mean to call uninformed consumers, that's silly. Anyone can be informed in the modern age if they choose to be. Microsoft is trying a new model to see if it's something consumers are more interested in. Nintendo isn't doing this because they're a company that has proven to take YEARS to adjust to new business models. Not only that, but Japanese culture as a whole is HEAVILY resistant to change or new ideas. It's why most of us dislike Eastern games now - they don't know how to innovate.

This new bundle would be $100 for the same exact bundle, and then $15 a month fee for 2 years which totals $460. There has to be some sort of extra perk they aren't mentioning yet. B/c if not, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

I've read it might include the premium video services as well. Netflix, Hulu, etc.

And that's my point. They are preying on the dim witted and unknowing consumer. It makes no sense except to fuck over the customer for more money. Also, if they have to sign a contract they get screwed again but cancelling early. Whereas if they just did what you said it would be cheaper and no contracts.

It kind of reminds me of those Rent-A-Center type places. You pay less a month but are just paying an exorbitant amount of money in the long run. But in that case those companies/stores are just preying on poor people with shitty credit.
