Colts cut Walter Mendenhall , Marcus Howard , Mike Chappell , Steve Justice and Dante Hughes

Wow. Im surprised both Ball and Hart were cut. That leaves us with only Addai,Brown, and Simpson, BRING BACK EDGE!!

To reach the final roster limit of 53 the Colts cut Adrian Grady, Marcus Howard, John Matthews, Walter Mendenhall, Dante Hughes, Steve Justice and Nick Graham, leaving them with 63 players.That leaves 15 cuts (14 if Sanders remains on the PUP) left today.

defensive lineman John Gill,

running back Mike Hart,

wide receiver Brett McDermott,

Offensive lineman Tom Pestock,

wide receiver Taj Smith,

Word. Although, I rather enjoyed them losing; if we can pull one out against Jax, I'd love to see us up a game already.

1 Week in and we are already on top of the South!

Pleased with the win. Although it was close, I blame the two early turnovers.

Wayne played well and "proved" to the league that he can be a number one. although he has been for the last 2 years. Addai also showed some flashes of his probowl self. And of Course. Manning was Manning. Despite not throwing many td's and that red zone Int.

With Gonzo out already during his "Break-out" Season. Does anyone think that Collie and Garcon will step up? Or will we have to go to free-agency and call a certain free agent?

Freeney went down with an injury but in a way it's good. With Brackett, Freeney, Sanders, and Hayden all injured the rest of this defense is gonna have to step up. And Coyer is gonna have to draw up even better schemes.

Without them making plays Indy isn't gonna win the superbowl anyway, better for us to lean on them early on in the season.

Checking in. I'm glad we are playing the Jets. They are a quality team, but I see us beating them more easily than atleast a few other teams.

What do you think the Colts should do this offseason? I think they should:

-Get rid of Bob Sanders. It's at the point where we have to expect him to not be there. They need to get rid of him so we can decide whether or not Melvin Bullitt is the answer and move forward.

-Get rid of Vinatiara and Stover. They're both too old. Neither one of them can do kickoffs, and neither is really that reliable if it comes down to a long fg, Time to draft a new kicker.

-Build along the O-line and D-line in the draft. This year Polian can't get away with drafting another WR/TE/RB early.

Colts need a third pass rusher and Raheem Brock isn't the answer. I don't think Indy should spend a 1st rounder to do it though unless there's a can't miss player there.

Colts also need to improve along the o-line and maybe get a FB so they can start running the ball again. Right now it seems like the Colts only run when Manning notices a matchup problem, it's like running the ball is a trick play. When they call PA passes it's like that asshole you play in Madden who just calls play actions despite never running the ball. They need to take some pressure off Manning and stop letting the games come down to whether or not he can manage a late comeback.

Oh yeah and I almost forgot: Remind Hank Baskett that his wife is a whore who's only claim to fame is being smutted out by Man old enough to be Hank's grandfather. Hopefully this sends him into a deep depression.

Agree with everything you said

I'd love us to take a DE in the first round if somebody like Graham fell to us. Our depth behind Freeney and Mathis is horrible ... Dawson and Brock are terrible at rushing the passer. I'd love us to bring in a guard or fullback too.

Somebody who can help us in the kicking return game may be useful too but I don't think it's completely needed
