I think there was a rule made that coaches can't do that and kids have to contact them first.

Contact will be easy to make at the local "Ohio State", "Michigan State", "Pitt", Rutgers, et al booth lining up and sitting on both Park Ave and E College Ave with kiosks located on Porter and the 322 for "Self-Check Out" purposes.

You know the top schools search option in ncaa? Well thats all Penn State will be looking at. Even 1 stars are getting a scholarship halluah, ANy highschool team that makes the playoffs in Pennslyvaina will become the starting lineup at this University. :yao:

Mike Bellotti was just on Cowherd with a great interview...basically said they'll be recruiting 1AA talent and that considering the ridiculous physical football they play there, they will lack depth and ultimately, won't be competitive in that conference for a decade...personally, I got them losing to the likes of Indiana for 25 years.
