Randy Moss signs one-year deal with 49ers.

That's too bad they weren't able to re-sign Morgan. He was born in DC so I'm pretty sure that was the main reason why he decided to sign with the 'Skins. It's not like they gave him a ton of money.

PC still hasnt gotten a roster update ; I had to manually edit my rosters to get him down to like 40 OVR and then release him to waivers. same with Greg Oden.
 
49ers are also about to resign Carlos Rogers.

Cornerback Carlos Rogers' dalliance on the free agent market didn't last long as he reportedly has agreed Tuesday night to return to the 49ers.
Yahoo Sports! reported that Rogers will earn roughly $7.3 million per year.
After playing his first six seasons with the Washington Redskins, Rogers joined the 49ers last season on a one-year, $4.2 million contract. He produced his first Pro Bowl season and shared the team lead with six interceptions during a 13-3 regular-season campaign.
Rogers also started every game at left cornerback for the 49ers and moved to the slot on passing downs.
He was the second cornerback the 49ers came to terms with Tuesday, as San Francisco reached a two-year deal earlier in the day with former Broncos cornerback Perrish Cox, who sat out last season in the wake of sexual assault charges.
Also, special teams ace Blake Costanzo won't be returning, having agreed to a two-year deal with the Chicago Bears, CSN Bay Area reported.
Earlier, former starting wide receiver Joshua Morgan signed with his hometown Washington Redskins.

Per a source with knowledge of the contract, the new contract that Moss signed with the 49ers carries not a penny of guaranteed money.

Instead, Moss will receive a base salary of $1.75 million. He'll be eligible for another $46,875 for each game that he is on the active 46-man roster. If he's active for every game, he'll get a total of $750,000.

Moss also can earn up to $1.5 million in incentives tied to playing time, receptions, and qualifying for the Pro Bowl.

Most importantly, if the 49ers decide at any point before Week One that it's just not working, they can cut Moss and owe him nothing.
