The only impression I can give is that its Sim City. It has been so long since I have played 4 that I really don't remember it that well but this looks like it will be the same fun.
Some things that I like is you can just simply drag roads and shape them , just like if you were drawing roads with a pencil and its so much easier to to setup zones.
All you have to do is drag alongside a road that that sets up whatever zoning you choose. Placing power , water and sewage is just as easy. Set them along a road and it will connect to
whatever the road connects to.
Like I said, you get one hour of playing time and that is starting from a blank page. So, every time you play, you are literally starting over.
So, really you don't get much time with the game before it wipes everything out. Which like I said, is more like a demo than anything.
I can post a few screenshots in awhile. I will have to upload them to Photobucket first.
Another thing I like is that you can put a filter on your camera. So, you can have Sepia, Soft, Vintage, etc. I personally liked the Soft setting.
As for graphics, I dont' think anybody will have trouble running the game if your computer is semi powerful.
Here is how I'm running it and I had no trouble. The only trouble I have is I'm using a trackpad and not a mouse, so that made moving around a bit of a challenge
Anyway,

I am dual booted with bootcamp (Windows 7 64 bit ) but I elected to run in in OS X Mountain Lion running with Parallels. I thought doing that would slow me down but it didn't at all.
I was running full screen , as if it was running in Windows but I could also run it in an actual window too. I don't think you can do that on a PC.
Oh, I'm also running it on the highest settings with a screen resolution of 2560-by-1440 at 60fps. You can also select 30 FPS if you wish.
