Yup. Got both for under $4. It's a shame that the site doesn't have half the DLCs because I would have bought some of the mission packs as well.

Finished up the main story last night, I really liked how it all ended. I was going to start Year of the Snake but I just wanted to go around and do whatever I wanted after the story was over. Still tons to do. I say it a lot, but this might be the first game I play enough to get that platinum trophy.

But seriously, the toughest things were reaching level 10 Triad and getting Gold in all of the challenges. There are a lot that you just don't even come close to finishing even after doing everything there is to do in the game so you will have to grind them. It's too late now but hopefully you were wearing outfits that boosted your Triad XP when you did those missions. Even with me doing that I was still only at like 9 1/2. I tried checking online and ps3trophies.org recommended replaying the Minibus Racket mission to grind XP but that shit never worked for me. The XP bar just wouldn't move. After buying much of teh DLC when it was on sale, one of the packs gave you a big Triad boost so it hit level 10 and I got the trophy as soon as I booted up the game. I still had to grind the Gold challenges though.

I'm less than a quarter of the way to lvl 10 for the Cop XP and a little more than a quarter of the way away from lvl 10 for the Triad XP.

How do you replay missions to get Golds though?

You can go into the Social part of the main menu and replay missions. But you don't need to replay missions to get Gold. You know how occasionally you will see that window pop up in the lower right hand corner showing you how you've done with certain this against people on your friends list? Like with disarms, driving safely, etc? There are about thirty of those challenges and you have to get gold in all of them to get one of the trophies.

What did you think of the story in general? I think Swarley and I both agree that it has the best story of any GTA-type game that we've played.

Yeah, it works fine. Well, for the most part. I did/do occasionally get the "Unable to connect to Social Hub" upon botting up the game but most of the time it works fine.

I really thought the majority of the characters were well done, I started to notice though that everyone was going to die. Especially at the end before Jackie finally does, the whole time he was talking about "going for a walk" I knew he was about to bite it. The game does pull a Tarantino though and makes sure the big bad guy gets what's coming to him in the end. That ass is 'bout to get tore up in jail. :yep:

And I really dig going around after the story is over and finishing up all of the extra stuff. During the heat of the story it seems trivial to do some of the favors and what not. I haven't even touched Year of the Snake yet either.

I would say it certainly eclipses GTA4's story. That whole game was just dull to me though. :dunno:

I just finished The Wedding mission. Even better the second time.

Well, I meant all the achievements/trophies too. But I guess if you're playing on PC you wouldn't have those. But aren't there STEAM achievements? I'm not really familiar with those. Are they the same as what;s on the console versions? They're really just grindy stuff like "Kill X amount of demons", "Find all the shrines", "Defeat X amount of the special demons using only melee" type stuff anyway.

EDIT: I got an achievement for "completing all secondary content." Good enough for me.

There's no satisfying chime or big notification when you unlock one on Steam. :dunno:

I doubt you saw my edit, but I did all secondary objectives for Nightmare.
