I'm not disagreeing, but "dice rolls" is just a term in many new games to equal "stats of guy or weapon determines damage". Now, like I said, those games that utilize dice rolls for accuracy are foolish, because it just doesn't make sense. When we're talking about old school WRPGs, dice rolls made sense because there was an isometric camera and there was no skill based aiming. Now-a-days, the dice rolls should only affect damage done and make the camera wobble if you're talking accuracy. Having a situation where you line up the reticle and still don't hit a fucker is bullshit.
All of that said, my point is, everything is measured by data. How much damage something does and where you hit someone is data in a game. Now, like I said, if you fuck with the aiming just to make it an RPG, that's lame. Get what I'm saying man?
