Fedor isnt unbeatable, but he's as close as we've seen in recent memory. The only two ways I see of beating him are a.) a very technical striker with a reach advantage who can stand in the pocket and throw straight punches down the middle while avoiding Fedor's power hooks (and not throw flying knees) or b.) a big, strong, imposing wrestler that can put Fedor on his back and keep him there. Arlovski succeeded at first with option a, but made a mistake and his glass jaw + Fedor's explosiveness ended his night. Randleman and Coleman are the two best wrestlers Fedor has faced and, while both lost (Coleman twice), they both had Fedor in difficult situations. I think someone like Borkc could give Fedor trouble. I'm not saying Brock is better than Fedor, I'm not saying Brock would beat Fedor, but I think he'd give him some trouble. Brock has very good takedowns and very, very good ground control. I think, if he fights like he did against Mir the second time and makes sure he doesnt leave any openings for a submission, he could grind out a decision win against Fedor. That being said, if he fails to get Fedor to the ground, Fedor could easily put him to sleep. Or, even if he does get him down, if Brock gets careless or makes even a slight mistake on the ground, Fedor can sub him.
