Yeah I don't see any fumbles in the Saints game. I actually thought he made a decent post for a second and took his word on those stats. Foolish mistake and my post is irrelevant.

Denvers defense is not atrocious obviously. I already looked up that both teams allowed the same amount of rush yards on defense and both teams have caused 25/26 fumbles.

No.. Denver's defense IS atrocious. They're absolutely terrible against the pass and their numbers against the run are inflated because their high-octane offense was blowing out every cupcake on the schedule forcing their opponents to abandon the run.

Seattle will be full strength on offense for only the second time this year.. they're also full strength on defense. But yes, Denver will walk all over them because offense always wins championships..

again, context..the teams with better defense also had better QBs to begin with. And like I said, this seahawks compares more to last year SF which also lost.

LOL superior offense beats defense when defense has no offense to help them And Seattle has no offense.

Context...Denver has been so far ahead in games that teams got lots of passing yards to try and catch up...but you knew that of course? and its only the Dallas game and the loss to the patriots that make that stat look
more legit/bad than it really is.

the lame weather argument is all Seattle has hope for. It might be a real cold day but it will take more than that to stop the incredibly more experienced Denver against the young ,wide eyed, confused Seahawks that will be so tired after the opening of the game they'll be gassed when they need their energy most.

context..that has less to do with the defenses rank and more to do with how that teams offense was and how they matched up with who they were playing on both sides of the ball.

85 49ers
91 Giants
or the 03 Bucs

Seattle doesn't have a veteran QB or an elite coaching staff. That stat about number 1 defenses is meaningless for this game.

Denver defence is not atrocious. They are pretty much middle of the pack in everything. They won't carry the load the way Seattle D can, but they are capable enough to give the best quarterback of all time (?) a chance to score the game winning touchdown every week.

The first forecast for Super Bowl Sunday has been released, and it's currently calling for a high of 35 degrees and a 30 percent chance of snow.

According to Weather.com, snow showers are possible and temperatures will range from 25 to 35 degrees. The Broncos and Seahawks will kick off at 6:30 PM ET, so they'd likely be playing in temperatures in the 20s. Wind isn't expected to be a factor; it's projected to be blowing around 8 MPH. Of course, we're ten days away from the big game, which leaves plenty of time for change. The NFL has previously said that if a winter storm is expected, the game could be moved to Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday. Worst-case scenario would be for Super Bowl to be pushed back to February 9. We're not at that point.

F the Seahawks =) they lost me when their teams top player kept popping up for roid abuse.. The Seahawks have had five players since 2011 get popped for taking banned substances, not including All-Pro corner Richard Sherman who got his suspension dropped on a technicality after appealing.

Let's see.. Barry Bonds does Roids and is SHUNNED by the sport community.. The Seahawks KEEP DOING IT and all the media can say is how good they are.. how unbelievable they are on defends.. NO CRAP they are on ROIDS.
