honestly, how the hell can this remind you of those games ? Wilson doesn't even remotely seem like /compare to Rodgers or Warner or Roethlisberger.
I'm not comparing Wilson to Warner or Rodgers you dingas.
Big Ben's stats that year: 3,200 yards, 17 touchdowns, 5 interceptions, 97 passer rating, 176 rushing yards, 1 td.
Russel Wilsons stats this year: 3,357 yards, 26 TDs, 9 INTs, 101.2 passer rating, 539 rushing yards, 1 TD.
Mendenhall that year: 1273 yards, 13 TDs.
Lynch this year: 1257 yards, 12 TDs.
From Wiki:
The Steelers had one of the league's top defenses, leading the NFL in sacks (48), and fewest points (14.5) and rushing yards (62.8) allowed per game, while ranking second in fewest total yards (276.8).
The Seahawks have the best defense in the league this year.
There are similarities in the matchups, that's all I'm saying.
Packers/Broncos have elite QBs, loaded at receiver, pass heavy offense.
Steelers/Seahawks are run oriented teams with physical defenses.
There are similarities. Not surprised that you don't see it.
Denvers defense is not atrocious obviously. I already looked up that both teams allowed the same amount of rush yards on defense and both teams have caused 25/26 fumbles.
Thanks for that useless piece of info. Those stats are irrelevant because they entirely dictated by matchup and what the opponent is doing to keep up. they tell little about either teams offensive or defensive tendencies.
