Is it me...or do Super Bowls have an inordinate amount of "return" touchdowns ?

I think the whole "it's just another game" argument takes a hit with how many brain farts and strange gaffes that happen in these games. But could just be in my head.

Special Teams are the most underrated aspect of any football game. Its 1/3rd of the damn game, yet you will never hear the media make any mention of its importance outside of scant references to its importance, especially in a one-game scenario. All levels of football put more emphasis on special teams than they do many other often talked about aspects of a particular game. TONS of practice time put into special teams.

no, players always say after having been in one that it is very much a whole different experience and you cant take it for-granted and have to be ready

The only other time I fully expect a kick return for a TD is week 1.
There's been a ton of them lately it's weird. Both teams should have come in cautious I was surprised Harvin had such a floater come his way. Seattle does use a lot of starters on ST so they are clearly thinking about it more.
