It's not as crappy as everyone makes it out to be, but it still is enough to gripe about. If you're thinking about picking it up, I would rent it first. How you rate it is the only opinion that matters anyways. I would still buy it, but that's just me having to play the most populated mp fps.

i was so lost in BF2. i started playing it months after it came out and wasnt able to get to where i needed to be to compete. with cod its the same as always once you learn the maps so i figure i could just pick up and go.

its still as crappy as ever to play cod online now? MW2 was terrible online and i assume black ops is the same....i have read some stuff but not enough to know about specific issues

Black Ops is okay for Single Player (at least the set pieces and the story once they spoon-feed you the ending and epilogue).

It's shit for Multi-Player due to boosting, mods and plug-pulling assholes who can't stand to take a loss.

Also, the prize for prestiging 15-16 times? [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DiHm5fGqzpA"]Golden Guns[/ame] (not the one shot from GoldenEye) that make you easier to spot.

The only saving grace for Multi-Player is [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvJlxHHxpmU"]Zombie mode[/ame] and [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvJlxHHxpmU"]Wager Matches[/ame].

Zombies you know of by now but the Wager Matches make it interesting as you put up COD Bux in a test of skill (you can play one shot games, games with just [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a5Kb-SvAo3E"]Hatchets/Knives/Crossbows[/ame], and [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuyHN9PUHuM"]games where you have to have a decent knowledge of all the guns in the title[/ame])

If you're the leveling/grinding type, the two above modes give you NO experience.

The Dragon Age 2 Preorder Bonus Cavalcade Continues

The Dragon Age 2 preorder saga continues as BioWare and Electronic Arts have come up with yet another bonus for those who missed the last one as well as a little something extra to keep people away from used copies.

Have you got your Dragon Age 2 preorder in yet? Those who put some money on the game before January 11 will be automatically upgraded to the "Signature Edition" of the game, which includes among other things The Exiled Prince, a Stone Prisoner-style add-on revealed last week as the game's first DLC. It's too late now to take advantage of that deal but EA has come up with another opportunity for people who just can't wait to throw money at the game to score some free loot.

Customers who preorder anytime prior to the game's release will receive the Lion of Orlais shield, a legendary shield with two rune slots that adds a bonus to health and experience; the Fadeshear sword, an ancient blade that does extra damage to demons and undead and becomes more powerful as players level up; and The Black Emporium, a store that offers some of the most powerful equipment in the game, including a Mabari war hound that will join you in battle, the Mirror of Transformation and other unique, mysterious artifacts.

Don't want to preorder? You can still pick up a little extra just by staying away from the preowned section of the store, as all brand-new copies of Dragon Age 2 will come with The Black Emporium. And no worries if you preordered the game prior to January 11 and were automatically upgraded to the Signature Edition, because you'll get all of this stuff too. For those who miss the boat completely, The Exiled Prince will be available for separate purchase for 560 Microsoft points - about seven bucks - but there's no indication that the second-stage preorder stuff will be on offer.

FINALLY finished the good but severely overrated GTAIV. It's funny because the DLC is SO much better. Even TLaD is better, despite how short it is. TBoGT is fucking FANTASTIC. I sensed it was going to be this way which is why I was so anxious to be done with GTAIV midway through. Then I realized that I was only like 1/4 of the way through. That was a long ass game with, IMO, a very mediocre story once it all played out.

I did really enjoy that mission. I think overall the only missions that really bugged me were the helicopter ones. And the fact that there were no mission checkpoints. Made small failures into big ones some times.

It's actually not that bad dude. The Stealth ones aren't too hard, up until the one where you have to yank 3 dudes to knock them out from a railing with the grapple thing (wow that was a bad sentence)....the fighting ones are easy other than Shock & Awe (think that that is what it's called) and that one is only hard because of the time limit.

I freaking love that game.
