It's tough to anoint anyone right now.
The Falcons have made sure they've won every week yet they haven't had to go against a real good team. The Bears lost their only statement game but look like a dominant defence being backed up by a balanced, potentially high power offence. Packers got their big scalp, have been winning lately but have lost enough games to create some doubt. Vikings shouldn't be on the list they are toast. The Giants seem liable to give up 30 points a game these days. The 49ers: stout and tough to stop, but have shown enough vulnerability at quarterback that I'm struggling to get on board.
Hopefully we can see these issues settled with games later in the season ... SFvCHI, NYGvsGB, NYG@ATL, NYG@BAL, GB@CHI
Ultimately I think the Bears are the team with another level to go to out of all of them. I suspect they'll win the NFC North and would be my favourite to represent the Conference in the Superbowl.
