Basically, any time you are near Clickers, you either have to sneak by them or distract them so they go somewhere else temporarily.

Now, you could shoot them (attracting more Clickers/Monsters/God Knows What to your location) or shank them in the head with a shiv you've made... but that'd be a waste of materials.

Also, DO NOT RUN in ANY area unless you are sure it's completely cleared.

Noise from your footsteps attracts enemies and they usually leads to your death.

 

You could play the game on Easy to enjoy the story.

Pride might get in the way but after dying 100 times in the same area might change that.

My favorite thing to do was to throw a brick and they would all run to the sound of the brick. Then I would throw a molotov and burn 2-5 of them at once. It never got old.

This game does have fun moments but those stupid clickers ruin the entire game for me! I swear anytime theres ome around I die like 5 times in a row. Is there anyway I can just play without those stupid things? I just got a truck working thats were im at in the game.

I honestly don't know why you're having such a difficult time. Lower the difficulty? You can't get rid of the clickers. They're everywhere in the game. You just need to brush up on your stealth skills I guess. Use bottle and bricks to distract them. Fashion as many molotovs and shivs as you can.

I think I need to pop this bad boy back in and start my second play through. Handle, you said that I can just jump right to New Game + on Hard, right?

Developers need to take notes from Gearbox (Borderlands) on how DLC should be handled. :yep:

EDIT: Naughty Dog has since confirmed: Valentines Day.

Just finished im glad I kept playing enjoyed it more than I initially thought I would. Had a lot of great parts in the game but I dont think I really started enjoying it until I got the upgrade which allows you to shank a clicker even if it catches you. The ending was ehhhhhhh but overall a great game!

Agreed but would you rather it be already on disc and charged extra right after you bought the game?
