The St. Louis Rams may be raiding the Baltimore Ravens for two key free agents.
Linebacker Bart Scott and center Jason Brown are set to visit with the Rams, FOXSports.com has learned.
Scott is hitting the market after being unable to strike a long-term contract extension with the Ravens, which also could lose fellow linebacker Ray Lewis in free agency. A seven-year NFL veteran, Scott has started all 16 games for the Ravens for the past three seasons and is considered one of the league's best interior 3-4 linebackers.
The Rams are expected to run a 4-3 defense under new head coach Steve Spagnuolo, who was the New York Giants' defensive coordinator. If Scott is signed, middle linebacker Will Witherspoon could return to his more natural position of weak-side linebacker.
