And I know we discussed this in another thread but senser said that most of the LeBron hate and questions about his game have come up since The Decision. I disagreed, it's been almost since day one. Even the ESPN guys are eluding to LeBron quieting the doubters in that clip.

People have been hating on James since he came into the league.......it all started with his games being televised on ESPN, his mother "buying" him a Hummer and him having the nickname "King James". People were like, "He's all hype and gonna be a bust!" or "He is so arrogant, because he has the nickname "King.....he ain't done nothin' in the league!.....Jordan didn't have a nickname until he won 6 championships!"

He's always had haters but by and large the media had his back throughout his days in CLE. After "The Decision" and especially after last season's finals everytime he misses a shot he's choking and everytime he passes the ball to someone who misses a shot he should've taken it himself because Kobe or MJ wouldn't have passed. It's rather ridiculous.

So yea, getting back on topic. I think the thunder can still pull this series out. They just need to slow the game down and know when and where to use their speed. Sometimes you gotta play the Spurs at their own game.

Well this series if over. OKC's big 3 had 88 points, Duncan was pretty bad and they still loss............the Spurs just have too much, can beat you too many different ways and will win the championship. It's funny how now it's Wesbrook's fault again.....SMH not this again. Westbrook and Harden have to win their matchups with Parker and Manu, and Durant has to assert himself more. It's been an issue his entire career, but in the offseason Durant needs to develop a post game and get stronger. They also need to play better team defense, because they obviously don't have the scoring depth to out score the Spurs............they need to play defense, because that is the only way they can get back in this series. The Spurs are a tested club, so I fully expect them to win a game in OKC.

I'm sure that they can figure out a way to slow it down but the problem will be the vulnerability that move opens up for Pop to counter. The Thunder team has one of the best starting lineups in basketball but the Spurs have a better overall roster top to bottom and a hall of fame coach operating at the top of his game. Not sure how they can be expected to beat them but if they don't win game 3 at home it could be time for another broom.

Oh, it's over. OKC can't beat the Spurs 4/5. Anything Scott Brooks does Pops will make adjustments for. Brooks is seriously getting out coached in this series, but that was to be expected. IMO at this point OKC just doesn't have the depth to compete with what the Spurs are doing. I don't see a sweep, but as VC said,

While I'm not normally one to go crazy about dunks or any other stupid ESPN highlight, I did love watching Duncan throw it down over Ibaka last night. Mostly because it shows he still has some left in the tank of the best PF the league has ever seen.

Unless OKC can stop the pick and roll, this one will only go 5 at the most.

I watched Game 2 from start to finish, and as somebody who doesn't watch a ton of NBA, I was shocked at the Durant disappearing act. To me, Harden was the best player on the floor for OKC.
