I watched Game 2 from start to finish, and as somebody who doesn't watch a ton of NBA, I was shocked at the Durant disappearing act. To me, Harden was the best player on the floor for OKC.

Durant has been doing that, but he's been given a pass or people just blame Westbrook. I guess because he is a likeable guy people don't have such high expectations.

Seflosha is making a name for himself in these playoffs...........great defender. He gave an aging Kobe fits (prime Kobe would have eaten him alive), and did a good job on Parker.

Will be real interesting to see how the Spurs adjust to Thabo on Parker. They had a slight bit of success putting Parker off the ball and running him of some low staggered doubles and UCLA cuts on the baseline, but I'm not sure you want to have Green handling the ball that much.

Might be worth looking at starting Manu and having him handle it up top with Parker off the ball depending on who the Thunder put on Manu.

There will be plenty Monday night. The Spurs played well enough to win last night...50% from the field, 47% on 3 pointers, over 100 points, team played hard but Durant went God mode in the 4th and the officials seemed to be coddling him while letting Parker get ass raped on the other end. I'll take my chances that Ibaka, Perkins and Collison will not be able to go for a combined 22/25 again in the rest of their careers. Hard to do that in the gym with nobody guarding you much less in a playoff environment on the road.

It's not a series until one of the road teams wins and that will not be Monday night.

For me Durant is starting to close that gap with LeBron James for the best in the league. However due to his complete game James gets the edge, but I like the competitiveness and willingness to carry his team Durant has been displaying.

So yea, getting back on topic. I think the thunder can still pull this series out. They just need to slow the game down and know when and where to use their speed. Sometimes you gotta play the Spurs at their own game.

The Spurs have nothing to hang their heads about tonight. They played great and if not for a very lucky shot by Harden they probably would have won the game. Give credit to the Thunder and go win game 6 at their house.

The Spurs came back from being down 3-2 a few years ago to CP3 and the Hornets so it's not like that is impossible.

Every time I watch this series, James Harden looks like the best player on the floor for the Thunder. When they need a big hoop, that's who gets it.
