My experience with Serpico is that it is more enjoyable intoxicated so you can just make fun of Pacino's accent the whole time and not realize that it kind of drags on and hasn't aged terribly well.

Battle for Marjah: Pretty bad ass documentary. Not anywhere near as good as Restrepo, but still solid. 7/10
Rampart: It's Woody's Oscar push movie and it sucked. I like that he is sticking with his guy who directed the Messenger, but it was not good. Add on top of it the fact that this movie and Woody were part of the shittiest AMA on Reddit in the history of Reddit, and it makes it worse. 4/10
Heckler: Jaime Kennedy is not funny and gets heckled. Him facing critics who destroyed him for Son of the Mask, rightfully so, made me want to punch them for not punching him. Fucking awful 1/10
Valhalla Rising: First 30 minutes are insanely crazy, brutal, and awesome. The rest of the movie is a fuckin snoozefest. Directed by Drive director, Nicolas Winding Refn. 5/10

Just watched Superman vs the Elite. It is an animated film and is based around Superman (obviously), who happens to be among my least favorite super heroes. But damn, that movie was really good. It was surprisingly dark with deaths, blood, and strong sexual undertones. The entire story was based around the "What's So Funny About Truth, Justice & the American Way?" comic, which involves a group of jaded superheroes who don't mind killing criminals. If this was a live action Superman movie, I would have been in love with the Superman franchise. Hopefully people don't skip it and think its just for kids because it was very, very well done for a superhero movie.
4.5/5 for comic book fans. 3.5/5 for average joe.
