Yea I completely agree he has the best overall stats on the year of any rookie QB. Only 5 picks on the year for a rookie QB is insane. I never thought I'd be able to say that about a Redskins QB much less a rookie.

Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was named Rookie of the Year by.Pro Football Weekly and the Pro Football Writers Association on Monday.
Griffin III, who led the Redskins to a 10-6 record and their first division title since 1999, also threw for 3,200 yards and 20 touchdown passes while throwing just five interceptions. His 102.4 quarterback rating and 815 rushing yards are rookie records for quarterbacks.
Voters also selected Griffin III as the only rookie quarterback to be selected to the Pro Bowl this season, although he will miss the game due to recent surgery on his ACL and LCL.
The Associated Press rookie of the year award will be announced Feb. 2 at the NFL Honors Awards Show, along with MVP honors, coach of the year and comeback player of the year among others.

Guys, I love Morris and between him and Martin, Morris is definitely a better pick for what the Redskins do offensively. But Martin is more explosive and is an extra weapon catching passes as well. He also had one fumble to the four that Morris had. I would have a hard time picking the two if it was down to them for OROY, and Morris could win because everyone likes the underdog story, but I would go Martin.

The worst story is that both of these guys were passed over in the Pro Bowl for Frank Gore :lol:. Not like the Pro Bowl means much anymore, but that is actually part of the reason it doesn't. Two deserving players who have better stats than another don't get in for whatever reason.
